My mission is to spread awareness of mental & sexual health and equip people with strategies to align their personal and professional lives. This mission goes beyond general mental health support—I’m especially driven to help individuals explore and embrace their authentic sexual selves, free from inhibition. I answer the tough, anxiety-provoking questions about sex that many people are afraid to ask, educating and empowering them to explore these aspects of themselves without shame or fear.
